    Caleb Navale

I’ve seen him play - he does stand out, and is probably one of the most physically developed players in our juniors, despite not being tall. Runs hard, tackles hard, knows his way around the field.

    Parker

Sums it up perfectly. Just a shame he doesn’t have speed. Imagine putting his guts and determination into a Schuster or Tuilagi. They’d be devastating. I hope we keep him, and use him in the role Harper played this year - capable backup.

    Aaron Woods

It strikes me that there is a certain amount of ‘jumping on the bandwagon’ dislike for Aaron Woods, and to me it seems pretty immature. OK, so he has little to no speed left, but he: never gets owned in a tackle never gets put on his back always dominates the ruck gets fast play the balls...

    Fletcher Myers (young fullback/centre)

I was very close to Myers when he came over to say ‘hi’ to someone in the crowd after Flegg played at Brookie recently, and he actually looked rather small of build - especially for an NRL player. i had thought he was built, based on a pic when he first came to the club… but not the case. Didn’t...

    Latu Fainu

Spot on. Look at what the Warriors have done this season - kept their core of big, rampaging players but surrounded them with hard-working grafters who always turn up with the right intent.

Will Siebs bring in Fainu at 6 when he turns 18?

I've seen him play a few times and agree - is likely to have done better than the (possibly more talented but less mature) players we brought through instead of him. Works his guts out, tough, knows where and when to run, where to pop up in support etc.

    Aaron Woods

    Good question…

    Weekes - need's Blacktown ASAP

Suggest that Lawton was going to be #14… injured for first few weeks then injured again.

    Pre-Game Tigers v Manly [Round 8, 2023]

That said - Titans were very very competitive last night against quality opposition and have knocked off some decent sides. I’d have them pretty close to level-pegging with us TBH.

    Seibold Selection Surprises - 2023

Interesting we have gone for mobility rather than size, on the bench. Still, bigger starting pack I guess.

    Parker

    Nailed it. Well said.

    Fletcher Myers (young fullback/centre)

Sort of photo that reminds me why i stopped playing the game at 16…

    Top 30 2022 looking good

It’s interesting… in previous years we have been linked to every single player who may or may not be thinking about changing clubs… bit of success and stability, and suddenly…silence.

    Manase Fainu

Spot on. Croker frequently inspired with his defence and general tightness around the ruck. Bring on a dynamic young ball player to get the passes away to our runners towards the end of the first half, and boo ya!

    more COVID discussion

It is aimed at the lowest form of wit…same crowd who watch WWE and think it is all real, including the trash-talk where somebody sneaks up and smashes a fake chair on someone’s head while they’re saying snarky things about their mum… Actually, i think I just described Americans…

    Debate on Tommy T

keppie was a massive loss, so early in that final. Brings mongrel, line speed, hard hits etc.
  17. F

    Keppie

He’s a pure winner. He’s big and strong enough to dominate any other forward in the game, and has the attitude to match it. Love his style. Plus he’s tough as nails.

    Good job mods

Wait, what? There are other forums??!?!?!
  19. F

    Croker

Spot on. He’s a real unsung hero. Some of his defence in the middle belies his weight, he hits like Jake.

Harper's been so bad he needs to go

    Forwards were going backwards.
