I was only joking, no offence on my part, I understood what you were saying.

Dont worry MV , i never took it that way. Your intent has always looked pretty good as far as im concerned.
Jibe at will. I have thick skin and took no offence, but i didnt want to ignore you.

The GUN Perspective .....

The game has changed it has become faster and speedy backs are more essential than ever ....

0.32 seconds into the highlights and 8 seconds from disaster

Cam Smith kicks the ball from 37 metres out from the Storms end of the field towards Manlys try line

Addo Carr flys like an Eagle to swoop the ball and score as we see Funa stride in Slow Motion offering no speed challenge what so ever .

You cant tackle a player you cant catch
Speed Kills
The faster you go the bigger the mess

To be fair Bozo that happened right in front of me. JAC took off like a gun right along side Smith and was arguably offside. (He’s also the fastest player in the comp, possibly of all time in the nrl). Funa had his back turned to the play and had no idea the kick was coming until it was all over. It was hardly a head to head foot race and a JAC was at full sprint before Funa even knew what was happening. I don’t think speed wise he’s slow. More caught badly out of position and completely unaware on that play. Would b nice to have a player if JAC speed tho.

Its like comparing a quarter mile drag race between an R34 GTR and a Toyota 86.. GTR wins everytime

I dont see it that way feathered friend
The highlights and replay says it all . . Funa is no Dynamic speedster .
If Funa does know what is happening in a game God help us lol

If speed was everything then Michael Oldfield would have been a superstar.

Tevita looks quick enough and I have seen enough to suggest he has some football smarts as well. Worth keeping.

Will be a great centre with time. With a bit more size and experience he could be our new Matai - he hits hard.

I think he can serve as desperate cover for fullback but lacks the pace and confidence to bark orders. It is a real specialist position these days especially defensively in terms of positioning, talk and coverage. I don’t want to judge him too much based on filling in there.

There are 2 ways of looking at speed
The pessimistic way
or this way

What's your point. No one is saying Tevita is as fast as Addo-Carr but you're using that as a slight on Tevita... who to me looks a bit faster than Taufua, Parker and Suli if not Garrick as well.

Also two of our quickest players (Tom and Dylan) are also regulars in the injury ward, and also take up a big chunk of the salary cap too.

If you have any suggestions on any sprinters we can get for minimum coin I would like to hear it...
