I think Croker adds something but he often made a few bad pass selections or at least ones that confused the team probably needs to work on communication out of dummy halfReally?
I thought we looked a great deal better with Croker on the park. Defensively superior, quicker distribution, superior vision, imo.
Fainu is obviously a massive loss, Levi, to me anyway, should be the sub.
Wrong. Read the rules. Ball clearly was thrown in a backward motion from hands. What happens after that is inconsequential. Tom threw it back, fair ball, fuked touch judge who was not watching Tom's hands cost us a win.Your hands can look like they are facing backwards with the camera angle behind the play.
No way a pass will float that much forward if the ball was released backwards over such a short distance, the exception being for example a clear break is made running with the ball at top speed and passing over a reasonable distance while at top speed.(a winger on a break or like the long Buhrer pass from a few seasons ago)
Camera angle behind the play makes almost every pass look like it's back from the hand, at best it was lineball from the hand. And if it was called that way every time then I would agree with you TC... BUT they call it out of the hands and 100% that went BACK out of the hands... bad call...
We scored the try .so should be given the points. No time for parra to score again“NRL head of football Graham Annesley confirmed the Sea Eagles were robbed after a forward pass call went against them in Parramatta’s 19-16 win against the Eagles”.
We played poorly and still won the gameGot what we deserved.
If we won that we would not be working on our slack stuff enough.
DCE and the entire team and kicks to the in goal just so horrible tonight.
Suli lazy, lazy and more lazy, standing watching, not getting back to help out. I'd drop him.
Garrick looked like he was carrying a calf injury in the left leg from the kick off for mine. Might explain goal kicks as well.
Just too many settlers to be a top team. Especially from Jake. It has to change.
Don't let the score fool us. ATM this team is a mile off being top 4 material.
What month is finals again?
You can be wrong some timesMy view on this topic of momentum and forward passes is consistent with what i have said over a decade in this room, i don't let fan bias alter it.
Thank you darling
His short kicking game let him down, but he did an enormous job defending and started to own that second half with his passing left side and right, taking it to the line and giving great balls. We looked like busting them a lot of the night.
Your opinion means little (or mine for that matter)...My view on this topic of momentum and forward passes is consistent with what i have said over a decade in this room, i don't let fan bias alter it.
Seems you’re the only one in the rugby league world that thinks the pass was forward by miles lololol.....suggest you visit Spec Savers! It’s clear to see the pass was in a backward motion & the ball floated forward after going back at least a meter therefore an incorrect call as agreed by experts of the game!Pass was forward by a mile, all this crap about momentum and point of release being backwards is over thinking it.
Linesman was right in line of the play yet we take a camera angle behind the play over his perfect view of the pass.(i feel sorry for linesman they can't win) Camera is behind the play making the point of release look backward, as the camera catches up with the play you see the true direction of the pass---it's not momentum that is floating the ball almost a full metre forward over a short distance.
Remember Tom is nowhere near full running speed, not even running a straight line to increase the chances of momentum taking the ball forward over a greater distance in the same direction---- a ball can float forward yes but not by that much over a short distance due to the laws of physics.
Slow the play down and you see where Tom released the ball before contact behind the 20m display number and the pass is caught almost on the line of the 20m----will take the linesmans view over camera angles and an estimation over how much physics has a play any day of the week.
We was robbed nrl confirmed itCamera angle behind the play makes almost every pass look like it's back from the hand, at best it was lineball from the hand.
In such instances i will take a linesman view directly in line with the play over "angles and the law of physics worship" everyday of the week.
Aaaah camera was in direct line with the ball. There was no angle from behind. It was a fair pass by the rules. Garrick scored game over. We were robbed by a touch judge who wasn't watching the player's handsCamera angle behind the play makes almost every pass look like it's back from the hand, at best it was lineball from the hand.
In such instances i will take a linesman view directly in line with the play over "angles and the law of physics worship" everyday of the week.
Don’t need them. Proved tonight we can beat anybody given half a chance. Bring on the finals.Annesley has just confirmed they got it wrong. Give us our 2 points then.
Way to harsh after such a gutsy effort.Got what we deserved.
If we won that we would not be working on our slack stuff enough.
