TB has been progressing well as a coach, man management wise which is probably the hardest element of coaching to get right he has really nailed.

I do think at times throughout this year some of the game analysis has been lacking a little depth--- or too comfortable in the uptempo fast direct approach will get the job done.

In saying that he has a young developing team so it is probably expecting too much to over complicate or over analyze at this stage---you risk some of the younger players switching off.(Tim Sheens had this problem)

I was critical before his first season of this promoted emphasis of "DCE being able to float around" that in the media was attributed to his thoughts---was far too simplistic.

Second season he moved away from this with more structure through the purchase of Green as a second option.

DCE being the lone creative option (before the 5/8 change) TB probably felt he required DCE to float around more than was actually necessary early on with his coaching mindset.

Now TB has to really nail down game analysis and break down, expose and take advantage of the weaknesses/flaws in other teams beyond just relying on up temp fast directness.

A more knowledgeable, clinical, efficient, powerful, disciplined side that is showing composure and belief in their structures and game plans.

Maybe he was an eagle in disguise from birth cause I feel he is manly, and somehow I've warmed to him as coach. He has brought back a manly culture of which is developing well for another decade of dominance me thinks. 2016 was rebuilding, 2017 has been developing combinations, 2018 and onwards we will build and build to this with players and further development of the squad. We're lucky to be manly fans, success isn't something we have to be too patient for
