Would have to expect an increased contract value for Foz for next season if he is looking good to go around for Manly again and what he is contributing to date . Guess that one can assume that Jet ski , Boyle , Jorge would be unlikely to be re signed , looks increasingly likely also with Siro, not sure with Funa and of course the still unresolved Fainu matter Other players to receive upgrades but seems a bit of a margin to play with and in regard to those players again unlikely to be retained

Assuming you mean Foz expecting an increased contract value but I'm not so sure...more inclined to think he'll just be happy to get another season, probably at Manly, and that his body will let him.

Fozs contract has an option to extend at the current value in the clubs favour. Only way he gets an increase is if the the club wants to extend him past 2022. Highly unlikely imo.

Wasn "t aware of that arrangement or even if he might be receiving a part T P A in his present deal . Just thought that he was on a pretty modest contract for this season and the ball was in his court to show that he could return to some relatively injury free and consistent footy again . Just was of the view if he continues his solid form this season and largely injury free , that he should be entitled to some improved payment next season .

Considering the toll this game has taken on his body, I am amazed that he still has the get up and go. In fact he has been a decent buy. Besides, he really always belonged here anyway. He certainly looks happy. Very proud of him at the moment, putting in a huge effort for the club as is the rest of the team.

That would suggest to me that we are going to take up the club option on his contract

Have to admit to being sceptical about signing Kieran. So glad to be prooved wrong. Great buy for us. Great to have him home where he belongs. Des knows best !

It suggests to me that he is the best man for the job this week and Des wants a big game out of him while his halves partner is missing. I imagine we were always going to take up the 1 year option if he gets through this year like he has.
