Why isn't he paid for the remainder of the year then?
If he is going to be /has been paid for the remainder of the year due to him being injured "on the job", and he "quits" why should he get a severance?

Kieran definitely gets his 2016 money because he is out due to injury.

The severance pay would be for him to walk away from the rest of the contract. Gimme 200 and I'll go quietly.

He would be pissed off at the breach notice, which is a clear attempt by parra to sack him. The 200k figure offers both parties a starting point to negotiate an exit.

He will never return for us, certainly not under Brad and i don't think Kieran ever felt comfortable in the area, fish outta water, Foz would never want to come back to the area to play footy and we wouldn't have him, its a bad match and if he can't make it here under Brad theres no coach who he will ever come here again for.
