Harsh mate, like to see you do betterOur backs torn to shreds out wide and funa no where to be seen for cover as the Storm cross our line once again
I am not NRL top 8 quality and neither are our backs that were blown off the park todayHarsh mate, like to see you do better
No he should of passed to funa but he gave it to siro who was running back inside. Very dumb player got nothing
Our Great club Manly missing the top 8 is very Harsh
Totally agree.I am not NRL top 8 quality and neither are our backs that were blown off the park today
You may be happy with mediocre performances by some of our players but I believe our legendary proud club deserves better
As another poster mentioned earlier, perhaps leave Hoppa at centre for the next game or two until he gets a little more match fitness before looking to shift him into FB for the last couple of games. Leave Funa at FB until we can swap him and Hoppa. And yes, I would look at giving Shu a run at 5/8. We have zero to lose now, just 4 dead rubbers coming up and it's against pretty mediocre oppositionBozo, I totally get your enthuthisaism, your heart. We haven't played well enough. mostly we have been beaten by better sides. I question SERIOUSLY our selection policy or reasons why? I ponder is there more to it than we understand. I guess if we don't play Miski to replace Taufua. Shuster to centre or 5/8, Do we play Hoppa at Fullback (given we rest TT till next year and say FY to SOO, and move on for next year. Funa to centre?

Yeah, poor Bozo seems to have hit is optimism threshold after today's game. Hang in there, Bozo 😉It will get better Bozo. Interesting that you are always the optimist and now I'm suggesting there is hope. I saw some good signs, but still some awfully dumb blundering, but this year should now only be used to experiment. Its a team without confidence and cohesion at present. That will come when the side is more settled and some of the youngsters have a chance to fit into the pattern better.
The offseason will see some of the younger players build up and become more authoritative. We're not going to make the finals but we're not going to get the spoon, so I would think Des needs to see what may work for next year
I admire your passion for our great club as well feathered friend .Bozo, I totally get your enthuthisaism, your heart. We haven't played well enough. mostly we have been beaten by better sides. I am the optimist but I also am a passionate supporter that hurts when our season is overIt will get better Bozo. Interesting that you are always the optimist and now I'm suggesting there is hope. Thank you feathered friend . This Season Does not define our great clubYeah, poor Bozo seems to have hit is optimism threshold after today's game. Hang in there, Bozo 😉
It seems Turbo will return Rd 18 or Rd 19. From what Des said at Saturday's presser, it is up to Turbo himself to determine when he plays. Of course, he will want to play SOO at the end of the year.As another poster mentioned earlier, perhaps leave Hoppa at centre for the next game or two until he gets a little more match fitness before looking to shift him into FB for the last couple of games.
I must say, I don't see any value in playing Turbo now. Bring him in fresh next season, and certainly don't want to risk him in SOO this season. It seems Turbo will return Rd 18 or Rd 19. From what Des said at Saturday's presser, it is up to Turbo himself to determine when he plays. Of course, he will want to play SOO at the end of the year.
I was watching live mate.....yeah Siro was to blame for the missed tackles, backs out of position, slow to get to kicks plus plus plus. Yeah it’s all Siro!
I would love to see it too. His run of leg injuries has left me pessimistic and overly-cautious though, and the outcome of this season on the back of his situation has left me miserable when the season promised so muchIf he's fit, I would like to see him playing for the Blues beating Qld for the third year straight
Overall, I don't think there is enough 'footy smarts' in our team. We are missing the players who provided this last year - Turbo, Fainu, Walker. The team IQ tends to lift when any or all of these players are available. DCE & Jake have smarts, but need more partners....And its not the first time this year its happened. Its become a frequent thing with Siro.
