Supreme Leader I suspect you will be pretty close. I suspect they will take off next years $330,000 salary cap penalty, to show they are compassionate, but this years penalty, if removed, will be meaningless because its after June 30 and Manly has missed its opportunity to contract someone new from outside the club. Only value would be to upgrade those within.

You can pay money out of next years contracts forward so it would be valuable. Essentially it would be another extra 330k next year by paying people early.

Titans recruited Hayne after the June 30th deadline .... and Toddy McFukkface GreenTurd allowed it saying players from other codes were not restricted by the "transfer" window .... the precident has been set ......

Yes, I think other code players are exempt.

29 players named by march 31 and the 30th player must be named by june 30.

A mate of mine just rang me and told me that he was going past NRL HQ last night and reckons he saw Gorman and 4 other people leaving HQ at 10.40pm, and didn't look happy. On that basis if the appeal was unsuccessful we will hear about it very quickly, or if we get a reduced fine or better guess we will hear #next week!
