Guaca out , and I read it’s not just a HIA so he could be out for a while
Agree. Ponga is the difference between the knights losing 30-12 instead of 30-0. He is good for a try or two, but no game manager. For me, the difference between Tommy turbo and ponga is massive...
Tom lifts the players around him... With the space he creates the guys around him look like world beaters ..
And in defence, he's a brick wall that makes sure everyone knows where to be and what to do..
Ponga does NONE of this..
He's a good player, but knights mentality is "get the ball to ponga" and hope he does somthing himself... No-one else looks any better playing off him..
And when the chips are down and they are struggling, ponga bottles it... Gives up.. seen it countless times.. talented player when it's going his way, hands on hips, walking to tackles and putting in zero effort when the going gets tough.. don't rate the bloke at all apart from a few individual moments of brilliance about once or twice every 6 weeks
You'll get a brilliant view of the match, enjoy. (Don't expect to get out of the car park quickly)I will be heading to this game and it will be my 1st time attending McDonald Jones Stadium..
Both us and Cows have the bye next week so Lolo gets 2 weeks to freshen up...but our whole team gets a week to.- Taumalolo suspended this week, back for us after a one week freshen up!
Thanks.. 😉You'll get a brilliant view of the match, enjoy. (Don't expect to get out of the car park quickly)
🙂
He gets on, and puts in his right foot step, stopping the flow to his outside men, he can f@ck off as far as im concerned. Surely Des would’ve been slapping him over the back of the head every time Guac and Keppie kept the roll on going while he was out.I like Siro starting on the bench ... needs to fight for his spot .. make an impact .. or .. fade away .. we will see what he is made of ..
Well done Karl Lawton ..
Just noticed we have an all-S bench this week.

Respectfully disagree, plenty of middles still fit, with Shoe at 6 and Guac out we need a big minute edge backrower.
Gees what did they use to drill those screws in with? .....a black’n decker?

they’re not in very straight!
Just sayin’
Play him at prop!He gets on, and puts in his right foot step, stopping the flow to his outside men, he can f@ck off as far as im concerned. Surely Des would’ve been slapping him over the back of the head every time Guac and Keppie kept the roll on going while he was out.
I just wrote a post saying put him at prop and then seen this. I think he is a middle forward every day of the week now.You may be correct ...just think he has the size and is a good defender .. plus with Guacamole, Schuster, Keppie and even Lawton going so well on the edges ... Dessie may wish to re-invent Siro and his career ... I hope so ... interested to see how Siro would go in the middle ...
I would have Gary Stevens, the pommy half, ahead of Paul ShawJust noticed we have an all-S bench this week.
