I'm ok with the roster, think it was the way we were trained fitness wise and the way Des coached the team. Anyway, plenty to ponder on as we go through the off-season.

Jim Dymock

& Laurie Daley as an advisor/manager type thing

Plus we’re a chance of keeping Monas

Jim Dymock is the interesting one . Maybe bought in not so much for the tactical side , more to try and get the best out out of the side individually and collectively . Fairly dogged and determined player and from one of those tougher type Bull dogs era sides back in the day . Probably quite fitness oriented as well . Get the impression that Fannagan is a good student of the game and its occasional changing nature so think that it looks quite good in that regard . Apart from his previous success outcomes , other issues aside . Club is certainly showing a lot of faith in Seiibold , certainly hope that it very well founded , Don 't have too many reservations , onwards and upwards , Just have to get those key positions working as well as possible , 6 and 13 in particular . ,

He's been doing that with both the NRL and Panthers and his background has helped him do a lot of work with Islanders.
Loved having Joe at the club but I suspect he's pretty happy out west. Good bloke.
