James Graham, would you be happy with him?

I agree, sounds like BS, I only asked if you would be happy, plus someone on Manly Sea Eagles signings, said that a very reliable source (a little birdie) lol, told him we will hear some news on Friday.

"Manly has been touted as a possible land spot for Graham, but the Sea Eagles will find it tough to fit a player of the caliber of Graham and is market value under their 2017 salary cap.

The Sea Eagles are looking to make room in the salary cap and are negotiating with Manly Stars Steve Matai who is set to retire and club legend Brett Stewart who may finish his career in the English Super League. Jorge Taufua is another Manly player being shopped around by the club.

Graham has not ruled out the possibility of returning to England to finish his career back in the English Super League.

Graham has played 114 games for the Bulldogs since making his Debut in the NRL in the 2012 Season."

He has too much of a fiery temper, plus his age and price tag are against him, for me. Surely we can do better with $700K!

Averaging over 20 games a year - he's a durable bugger

This rumor only started cause some random bloke asked the lurker and even the lurker said it was b.s.

Graham was good a couple of years ago but was horrible last year. stiffled the dogs attack by taking meaningless hit ups on the 4th tackle 5m out from tryline and lost his intimidation and big meters. just dies with the ball too much now where a few years ago was using his ball skills more and seemed to have more of an edge in attack and huge motor.

Waste of money imo. There is nothing to this rumor anyway!

Lets go for woods who is off contract in 2017.

And is a Manly fan. Hopefully Bozo has been in his ear in SOO camp

Doubt many would take him on at crazy money like $700K.. HOWEVER if culturally he can't stay with Des and the Dogs and they pitch in some coin to help out its a big YES from me. Whatever jersey he wears he gives it 100% and we need hungry competitive players in our squad desperately. He would really lift our forward pack and be the final piece in the puzzle up front I reckon.
This bloke could be the new BK, our forwards need a leader and in my opinion he fits the bill

I like him too Ron but as someone has mentioned, the dummy spits and ref arguing distract from his leadership a bit.

detract!!!!

A new club and without the burden of being captain and he'd be much less likely to get into issues with the ref. His game dropped off when he was made captain - Jake has the right temperament to be captain. Let the Destrojevic take the c and Graham focus on his game.

Having said all of that, I agree with many of the others - I'd be very surprised to see Graham come to Manly.

I'd be estatic

Graham is one of those guys you hate on an opposition team but you love him when he is yours

Much like Watmough, Matai, Ennis etc

A true competitor and would complete our pack

That said.....................cannot see it happening
But I hated Watmough when he played for us.

if you equate myles on 500k a season to graham on 700k its probably a bargain based on performances over the last year
