If you can't figure out where the property is then I won't help you but a friend of mine who is in the market was genuinely inquiring with the agent. The price guide was above 3.1m which I thought was too high. I grew up about 200m as the crow flies from there and beaver learned his craft pretty much on the door step.

3.1 is way too high and he'd be better to break even on that one
