All we are saying, is Pearce off !

Just reported in the telegraph that Moylan will be seeking a release tomorrow from the Panthers. Manly and Sharks favourite.
In the same article they say if Pearce leaves Manly is in front of 3 other suiters. Has a meeting with Robinson tomorrow
This is getting out of control and is just looking stupid now.
If we do end up with either of be happy but frack me it's starting to get old
Link pls BSB

Can we start another "vote " thred.
Pearce, Moylan, Green or other.
Personally Moylan would be my vote.

You're a special type of ........
The forwards would have to do a bit more tackling then methinks.
F**k that .............just get rid of DCE altogether.................that's about $4 milion off the cap and he's really nothing without Green there holding his hand!!

Holy f**k all.....................I was being facetious!!

DCE is king!

(and digging at those who keep posting that Green is the reason DCE played so well last year)

Best quality for halves (out of the 3)
- Mitchell Pearce

Long term options
- Matt Moylan
- Mitchell Pearce

Max Potential (yet to be reached)
1) Matt Moylan
2) Mitchell Pearce
3) Blake Green

Most stable, reliable (in halves)
1) Blake Green
2) Mitchell Pearce
3) Matt Moylan

Best defender (and best reader of attack)
1) Mitchell Pearce
2) Matt Moylan
3) Blake Green

Biggest Leader
- All three are big leaders

Who'd go best with DCE?
- imo Pearce, although Moylan has potential and Green has shown he's already a good fit with chez, he's just getting on too quick

Rumours of an alleged Tedesco bar fight in Cairns :punch:

Robbo flicking Pearce, may well get another player with off field issues 😀

Cronk will have a fulltime job judging the choices of his new teamates and not just Tongans :giggle:

Mitchell Pearce Roosters decision key to Manly half Blake Green landing lucrative payday

BLAKE Green and his management will be monitoring the Mitchell Pearce saga closely with the Roosters halfback’s decision on his future set to have a bearing on where Manly’s five-eighth plies his trade in 2018.
With the Warriors eager to bring Green to Auckland and partner Shaun Johnson in the halves, Green must first secure a release, which will only be possible if the Sea Eagles sign a suitable replacement.

If Manly could sign a player of Pearce’s calibre, it’s understood they would be willing to release Green.

Pearce is in a limbo of sorts with the Roosters set to sign Australian Test half Cooper Cronk
The impending arrival of Cronk will force the Bondi based club to lose a player and Pearce appears to be the unlucky man.

He’s expected to meet with the club on Sunday to make a decision on whether he’ll stay on or seek a fresh start.

He certainly wouldn’t be short of interest if he left the only club he’s ever known.

When news of Cronk’s move to the Tricolours broke, he was linked with Manly, Cronulla and the Wests Tigers.

The Daily Telegraph declared the Sea Eagles as favourites but don’t discount Newcastle.

And it’s the Knights’ interest in Pearce which could prove problematic for Green.

Newcastle have made no secret about their interest in luring Pearce to the Hunter and are in a far superior salary cap position to the Sea Eagles.

The Knights still have around $1.5 million of their salary cap for next season to play with, which means they could trump any offer Trent Barrett’s men make.

It’s understood Pearce’s contract with the Roosters is worth around $800,000 next season.

In theory, Pearce could increase his salary by joining the Knights, should they make him an offer, but it’s unclear whether he wants to leave Sydney.

A move to the Sea Eagles would allow him to remain living in Sydney’s lower north shore and free Green to make a move across the Tasman to secure the biggest payday of his career.

By leaving Manly, the five-eighth would double his current salary.

It’s understood the Warriors are ready to offer Green a three-year-deal worth around $650,000 a season.

A journeyman who started his career with Parramatta in 2007, the 31-year-old has enjoyed stints with the Sharks, Bulldogs, Hull KR, Wigan, Storm and currently the Sea Eagles.
