A pic from Josh Aloai (can’t spell that one yet) Insta Does it tell us anything about fitness or even what they do in training? Goals? I’m a bit fascinated by the process

Be interesting to know what stage of pre season preparation that the chart related to . Schuster , a bit heavier then i thought but i would assume still suitable and back row should be no problem if he is also considered there .Thought that Keppi was a little heavier but still solid as is certainly Alioia . then Suli as still a big unit but ideally also with the required fitness level

I seen it as body weight for the individual next to their name and if that next column is (Int) could well be Interval training, with the next column (Con) Continuous training...
Good observation bit any ides how the calculations are done

This can vary depending on the exercise in relation to revovery where a high octane training is broken up with a break (varies in time) and often straight back into it, or during this break....is a slowed down recovery type training exercise, before going full pelt again.
Interval training is super for fat reduction and is popular for increasing speed, ideal in the modern game....and continues to burn fat well after training finishes, at a higher rate than other training.

I was thinking "Con" might mean concentric training, so they might be doing an interval on a bike or other such aerobic exercise followed by a concentric resistance exercise?

I think con .. is short for continuous (effort) .. and Int is short for intervals between (effort) .. eg the 40s and 20s in the heading ..

However, I temper my comments with the admission that I have no idea what I am talking about ..

It is HIIT (high intensity intermittent training). Great for fat reduction. I do it on a rower but normally exercise bike used. So if calorie burn then higher the number the better.
My favourite HIIT is sprinting....good thing about it, is a workout is approx 20 minutes, yet continues to burn fat hours afterwards and definately helps speed, even these old legs.....
