What does this mean?

I think con .. is short for continuous (effort) .. and Int is short for intervals between (effort) .. eg the 40s and 20s in the heading ..

However, I temper my comments with the admission that I have no idea what I am talking about ..
Definitely continuous, says it on the 3rd line.

Lil bit of guess work but looks like a chart of how long it takes players to burn calories equal to their weight. If so Schuey is killing it managing 110 in 6:03. Tippytoes isn't trying to lose weight as he is only doing continuous but 109 in 4:57 is exceptional.
 
My favourite HIIT is sprinting....good thing about it, is a workout is approx 20 minutes, yet continues to burn fat hours afterwards and definately helps speed, even these old legs.....

The sprint training I do is known as "Rotation Sprints" and is SIT (sprint interval training) which is also a form of Explosive training....
Will lay out a green starter marker and then 3 red markers 10m - 20m - 30m in a straight line. After 5 good minutes stretching (should be more) begin.
At 50% will run through to the 10m marker -walk back, then the 20m - walk back - then the 30m - walk back...this is 1 set...run through this is done in 5 sets.
Will add 10% input each set and should be at 90 - 95% by set 5.
Then the fun stuff - after fully warmed up
8 x 180m (AFL field approx) sprints at full intensity - with a 2 minute walk around between sprints....only a fairly short but intense workout, that is viewed as the best fat burner around.
Never been disciplined with diet and alcohol consumption, so this training helps balance this busted body enough to still play touch footy ect....
