Definitely continuous, says it on the 3rd line.I think con .. is short for continuous (effort) .. and Int is short for intervals between (effort) .. eg the 40s and 20s in the heading ..
However, I temper my comments with the admission that I have no idea what I am talking about ..
Hey Max, what do you do for sprinting HIIT as keen to find out.My favourite HIIT is sprinting....good thing about it, is a workout is approx 20 minutes, yet continues to burn fat hours afterwards and definately helps speed, even these old legs.....
