I agree. Carney would be good for depth but what about next year, do we look for yet another 5/8 to partner DCE? Crocker could turn out to be a gun!

What I like is he can defend! Love halves that can tackle. Green was a turnstile.

Our side looks much better defencively this year. Good defenders in the halves, hooker our back row looks solid, Marty up front. Outside backs the weak link

Outside backs definitely the weak link right now, but there are Parker, Wright, Funa, Anderson and maybe Suli - just need one or two to break through.

I hope so too mate.
With all his shortcomings, he APPEARS to WANT redemption and a player of his natural talent, in the right frame of mind, regardless of age, could blow this thing wide open with the guys that would be around him.
A wildcard, but I believe he would be what we need right now and add to what the guys not quite ready need to learn.

There are at least 20 guys playing NRL that have done far worse sh#t than him. There are probably that many guys who assault women.
I don't give a damn about his over-hyped past indiscretions, I want what's best for our current and future premiership aspirations.
