Titans dragged us down to their lvl and we fell for it, Ugly win but a win none the less.

A win is a win is a win. There were some who thought Manly may lose this one. They did what they had to, to win. Rusty but good enough. The score in the end doesn't matter much unless for and against cause us problems. Having the 2 points and being on 20 points after next weekend is good enough for me;.

That second half was diabolical. This game was the perfect opportunity to hunt down the raiders for and against, instead they played like amateurs and Des should get a rocket up them.
Deserved win in the end but very disappointing overall.

Three wins in a row heading into the bye is a great result, but man, that second half from us was awful. Towards the end of the game one of the commentators said Tommy T took a bomb “effortlessly”, and I thought, yep, “effortless” pretty much summed up our second half. We stopped doing what was working so well (i.e., driving the ball up the guts with our forwards) and started trying stupid miracle plays early every set. We were just lucky we had a big lead and that the Titans were terrible. Maybe it was a tribute by the players to mark the end of the Barrett years, but I hope we don’t see the like of it again.
