It's been all pretty good news for Manly in recent days / weeks so now the journos don't like this & are trying to derail us again! The Kelly leaving rumor comes from Sporting News, the Kelly contract extension story comes from Foxsports! I know who I believe!

Really disappointed if this turns out true. Kelly is a keeper for me. In addition it does not free up a lot of cap space so doesn’t really make sense to me [Ayshford really??].

Tevita Funa hasn’t received a lot of fan fare on here but Joel Caine is certainly talking him up - what does he know we don’t? Maybe a Smokey for starting wing/centre.

That is exactly what I saw as well. There hasn’t been any official announcement of those re-signings from the club as far as I’m aware. Not to say that hasn’t happened though!

The problem with this latest Froxumour is that Kelly has indicated in interview how happy he is in the district and the question a young aspiring International would have to ask is, what benefit do I have joining the Titans in respect of promoting my career. I suspect Fox got the cart in front of the horse, yet again. They may have heard that Kelly was asking for an upgrade or he would accept an offer from the Titans. Manly upgrade his contract. He's happy. But Fox is still reporting the pre upgrade news.

Maybe Des has told him he doesn't want him here next year?

Wouldn't surprise me tbh, I know nothing just speculating but I reckon Des will go after Hoppa regardless of the klemmer situation.
