As has been said before, so very glad we kept DCE and not Foran!

I can't see Kieran ever again playing as well as he did for us, and consistently. Having said that though I do feel sorry for him and hope he returns sooner rather than later.

I saw Foran in the Warriors colours today and there is no feeling from me anymore. I don't think of him as a former Manly player, I think of him as a former Eels player!.
Maybe I have a short memory, but either way once slimed always slimed!!

Yep, me too, definitely feel sorry for Kieran right now. The perfect storm seems to have hit him and won't dissipate. He did some wonderful things for this club, and then his life just fell to pieces. DCE was the man we should have been after from the get go. Thank fcuk Bozo swayed him, regardless of the size of his contract. Kieren has a silver tongue, he says all the right things that you want to hear from a marquee player. DCE tries hard when he speaks, sometimes coming across as a little contrived. But there is no doubting he is by far the more balanced of the two.

Actually Foran reminded me a lot of Ian Martin. Ian was also tough and athletic, probably didnt have the range of skills Foran has, but there was no backward step or avoidance of the tough stuff with Martin

Ian Martin ... what heart ... talk about 100% effort ... he was so good ... called upon when needed ... and then dropped ... a number of times .... he was in the year above me at high school and he was someone I really looked up too

Ian was unfortunatley before my time but I used to serve his mother daily at my old job she took a shining to me once I told her I was a manly tragic one day she surprised me and brought him into the shop to meet him ...good day that one

I have a feeling this thread will be the all time longest in ST history.

Can't see it ending anytime soon, and if he eventually comes back and is absolute **** I'd expect it to rage ahead up to 400 pages quickly!!
