Kieran Foran’s ex Rebecca Pope labels Eddie Hayson ‘scum’ over press conference comments

THE former partner of troubled NRL star Kieran Foran has labelled controversial bookmaker Eddie Hayson ‘ scum’ after he claimed to have saved the former Eels skipper’s life.

Speaking at an hour-long press conference in Sydney on Thursday to address claims about his gambling activity and the three NRL matches being probed by a police strike force, Hayson spoke of his support for long-time mate Foran during the troubled former Parramatta captain’s darkest times this year.

“Kieran went through some really dark times this year, and if I wasn’t in his life this year he probably wouldn’t be alive,” Hayson said.

Foran’s ex Rebecca Pope responded to the comments by posting vision of the press conference on Instagram with the comment: “How dare you!!!!! You are absolute scum of the earth Eddy Hayson”.

Just read that the dragons may want Foran. Saints is a good home for Kevin, everyone will leave him alone in that Bermuda Triangle of a club. I'm not even sure they are in the nrl these days, they're a feeder club right?

They missed out on Corey Norman, Luke Keary and Jarryd Hayne but the Dragons are now hunting an even bigger target.

The Daily Telegraph is reporting that Dragons will meet with in the next few days to try and encourage him to join the Red V in 2017.
The Dragons believe Foran would benefit from being based in Wollongong, out of the bright lights of Sydney, while still being close to friends and family.

The only problem being the former Sea Eagles and Eels five-eighth has all but agreed to join the Warriors for next season.

The Dragons have a reputation for rehabilitating troubled footballers with the likes of Josh Dugan and Russell Packer on their books.

Why did Foran actually leave the Eels. I know he wasn't in a great headspace and couldn't make the rehab sessions and they started warning him however he could have just taken the year off. I'm sure they didn't want to lose him. He was their biggest signing in the history of the club. Because if it was the pressure of playing at the eels then the dogs are more intense imo and St G would be up there as well. Warriors are the best option as he is out of the spotlight if that is the issue.

I'm surprised that one of the money teams, The Roosters, hasnt made a play for Foran, given his close friendship with another bad boy Pierce. But then maybe that's why

If he is allowed to play. The club that signs him must be made to pay him the wage he got at whingermatta. Anything watered down from that will expose the folly of the salary cap. The game is watching you greenturd!!!!!

Unfortunately the example the present administration has set already through various decisions made, suggests that they will 'adapt' the rules to fit their agenda. We've already seen examples of this, and it will happen again. Unfortunately those decisions will be based on what the administrators think best for the game, though with their particular bias to ensure the success of clubs considered worthy of special assistance. They will justify that action though espousing some egalitarian principle, but in reality it will continue to service those with the most influence in the League. And unless the clubs that dont gain from their action, rebel, it will continue to be status quo.

Oh yes, Greenslime is adapting to fit the agenda on a daily basis.

For example, the Cowboys whinge about the Storms wrestle, just saying what the 14 other clubs also feel.

But RLW has learned that Foran’s management has held secret talks with Foran in a move that may jeopardise his deal with the Warriors.

Souths are keen on an established half after losing Luke Keary to the Roosters and doubts about the long-term future of Adam Reynolds at the club.

Foran has all but signed with the Warriors but is torn because he is not keen on living in a different country to his small children.

Signing with Souths would mean he can still live in Sydney, close to his former partner and the kids.

Before any deal can be signed the NRL must first approve. Foran needs to show officials that he is mentally healthy to return to the game on a full-time basis.

That sounds like the same article they wrote about St George chasing Foran but they just replaced the name with Souths.
