Every time Foran is mentioned in the social papers as having been seen somewhere, it seems to be the Belrose or a nearby TAB. I saw him the following day, after the semi final victory against Brisbane in 2011, at Manly leagues with Glenn Stewart and Darcy Lussick. He had a serious hand full of $50's and was punting that day too. What is of another concern is that Brad Arthur leaked his third party issues with Manly to the media. Story doing the rounds and Foran obviously knows nothing of that. Dumbest smart kid you will meet.

I read something about this the other day. If its true that Arthur is the one who leaked it then it shows that he doesn't give a toss about his players welfare. So much for the father figure that some seem to think he is.
ABOUT $75,000 was lost in a two-hour gambling spree from a TAB account belonging to troubled Parramatta Eels star Kieran Foran.
Foran secretly checked out of rehab in Queensland on Thursday night.
He flew to Sydney, where about $75,000 was gambled away on his TAB account during the two-hour splurge.
