All DCE cared about was not ruining his new clubs 2025 season. He didn't give a damn about the impact of what he did and how he did would have on Manly's 2025 season. He will probably have played >350 games for the club but he will never be considered a legend of the club. I never knew an NRL player that was able to work from home before but that's what DCE's last season with Manly has been like ..... the cxnt has mailed it in and has just been taking the piss.

Funny and accurate.
When Cherry got dropped from Origin and said he was going to concentrate on being a good father for the rest of the year, I didn't think he meant exclusively. He's taken a gap year to work on himself so he'll be fresh for the Roosters next year. Only problem is we're still paying him and he's still taking the field every week.
All the more reason why it will be hilarious if the Roosters pull out.
