Massive conflict of interest the games governing body owning a club no matter for how long.
The licence should have been sold to new owners as soon as the existing club was unable to continue
Maybe he's kicking in the 3rd party payment 😛Now Max Delmege is going 2 appear on channel 7 news with Massoud.
What a joke love what Max did for us but he loves publicity.
he is obviously going 2 have a dig at the club again.

This is a good point snake. Can the titans withdraw though? I thought only the player can pull out.
The only thing I could think is that if DCE has stated that he wants to stay at manly, and the manly board has actually already tabled an offer. Knowing it is lower than the Titans offer he is trying to force the titans to pay overs for myles.
Possibly the combined DCE/Myles offer that manly can offer works out to be the same as the titans.
Plus what stops Scott Penn paying Orr for his 'lost' commission if DCE pulls out.
Contract wouldn't be registered till June anyway so I think it's not binding until that point. What has been lost in this discussion is that its highly unlikely $CE has actually "signed" a contract.
Given the troubles at the tits, and full respect to their fans for not flooding this site with trolls - ala "doesntmatta", the volume of 3rd party deals plus the fact the NRL now has to sign off on everything! probably means a formal contract hasn't been completed.
There is undoubtedly a verbal agreement, and the only person who can walk away from it is DCE. That's the NRL rule that's going to **** up the NRL. Irony.

Contract not valid until Round 13.I highly doubt the Titans would announce DCE signing without an actual signature on a contract.
If the titans had a verbal agreement, DCE doesn't sign with anyone, then the titans don't offer a contract, he is effectively unemployed in 2016.
DCE would have put pen to paper with the titans, but is well with in his rights to re-sign with manly instead (or anyone else for that matter).

The Bulldogs pulled the Fifita offer, so I am pretty sure the contract is non-legally binding for both parties until rd. 13.
I honestly don't think Orr has leaked this, regardless of the Myles situation. He simply would not risk losing DCE as a client by further damaging Daly's reputation and using him as a porn in a game. It would be management suicide.
I would love to be used as a PORN in a game...The Bulldogs pulled the Fifita offer, so I am pretty sure the contract is non-legally binding for both parties until rd. 13.
