This is is 4th year and with the exception of DCE the team is 100% signed by Des ..

I've always been a big fan of Marty. His combo with AFB was great to watch but he has departed the scene already now. Just nothing from him. Time to cut the cord and offload him now. Bring up the young guys with potential.

I think we need a young, youthful pack that's full of mobility and leg speed. That's the modern game. We're off the pace because we lack leg speed and mobility. Paseka was useless tonight.

I'd get rid of Paseka first. As much as Marty is over the hill, he can generate a quick play-the-ball at times.

I think it's more than that. Jake and Keppie put on some inspiring shots tonights and tried to dominate...it's gotta come from across the squad...one or two players won't change the complete flogging we copped in the first half.

Instead of playing tonight Taupau should have just sat on the bench his first half stats were 1 run for 15 running metres !! Let him go to the cowboys and do a trade with someone who wants to run hard !! Tonight our back line looked hopeless because our forwards didn’t have a go in the first half !! Second half was better but not good enough !! Bullemor is terrible also Davey needs to start and hopefully Schuster hurries back

Yea but BK single handedly change the whole mindset of our pack. The right player could do the same for us now. Not sure who though 🤔

Davey was good but his play the balls were slow af, he needs to work on those.

Timing from dummy half is out. Ball is arriving to flat-footed forwards who were forced to stop their run and adjust. There is zero momentum amongst our forwards. The occasional hard run, but no numbers supporting him, just one-off efforts. Defense rush and pick us off way too easily.

Marty tried hard tonight. Our issue is our service from the play the ball. The Roosters forwards ran on to the ball at speed as the service from dummy half and their 6 and 7 showed up how inept we are in those positions.

Tend to agree, Marty got hooked early, don't think it was injury. The Marty of old used to scatter opp fwds, those days are long gone. Now just a run and skip into the line merchant..
