Hmmm, I thought he was going on full freight.
If we have to subsidise, may as well keep for just 1 more year

Davey will be back. He will be in the mix.Next year we only really have schuster olakauatu and ben t as genuine 2row options along with lawton... definitely some space there IMO
Imo Koula is the long term option was cleaning up in Nsw cup until lockdown
In reality , Suli’s good game was very dependent on Foran screaming at him last night , if you look at a replay I saw it happening several times.
more than happy with that. Was going off reports that he was leaving next yearDavey will be back. He will be in the mix.
First time I've heard of this,... Davey wanting out next season ?more than happy with that. Was going off reports that he was leaving next year
Siro?Davey will be back. He will be in the mix.
Who knows? It has gone quiet that is for sure.Siro?
Des answered this question in the post game presser by saying he is still under contract for next year. Not quite a complete denial but nothing official yet.So has Suli been got by the drags ... officially?
Thats means he is gone., Just waiting for 10 day cooling off period to end.Des answered this question in the post game presser by saying he is still under contract for next year. Not quite a complete denial but nothing official yet.
Yep, I agree. That comment by Des suggests to me Suli is gone. A very generic political answer to the situation.Thats means he is gone., Just waiting for 10 day cooling off period to end.
Illawarra has two SOO-quality centres at the moment, Lomax and Bird. He'll find it harder to crack a centre spot at Illawarra then at Manly.I'm very conflicted about Suli leaving us tbh, we all know what he is capable of. But we have 2 very reliable centres who are first rate defenders. Suli on the other hand offers a bit of x factor in attack, but at times can be found wanting in defence. Anyway will leave this problem to Des and our recruitment and retention team, I'm sure they'll make the right decision.
Bird is nowhere close to being a SOO centre at present. I could name at least ten who are in front of him.Illawarra has two SOO-quality centres at the moment, Lomax and Bird. He'll find it harder to crack a centre spot at Illawarra then at Manly.
Agreed. If the Drages pay full price for next year then its an easy decision to let him walk.Hmmm, I thought he was going on full freight.

well he (Bird) was a few years ago ,but regardless where would they play Suli and or Bird together in that back line ,given they have got some youth comeing thru from what I hear.Bird is nowhere close to being a SOO centre at present. I could name at least ten who are in front of him.
I agree and reckon Bird is lucky to be holding down a first grade gig the way he has played this seasonBird is nowhere close to being a SOO centre at present. I could name at least ten who are in front of him.
