Actually, to be sincerely honest in my humble opinion, without being judgmental and of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, and without lies to the actual truth, with my clear open mind and clean heart, expressing what ever is embedded inside me for a long time which I didn't say because I was nervous. But today by gathering all the courage and motivation, I just want to say that I actually feel and think that I have absolutely nothing to say. Thank you!

and well said!

Haven't looked at any stats but from snippets I've seen I think discipline is not the strong suit for Chookies. They make errors, can be loose with possession (play like millionaires probably because they all are).

Will be very interesting to see what game plan Seibold comes up with. As a sausage roll eater I'm thinking attack straight up the middle and focus on our own discipline to put pressure on them.

Aside from anything else they've got a few forwards who may be feeling a slight post-origin let-down, and the Storm loss must have been deflating for them too.

Interesting match for sure!

… I can’t argue with that!

Just sayin’

My primary concern is the Chooks loss to the Storm and the home ground advantage. Last year we beat them at Brooky but limped into Allianz with an injury depleted side and were beaten before the ball was kicked. This game feels similar to me. Chooks desperate after a loss and Manly with injury/suspension. We really need our best side on paper to challenge this mob. I’m not confident.
Seems a lot on here wernt confident about the Cows, Knights and Titans games as well. This will be our toughest test for a while, but, we've beaten the Panthers and Melb, something the Chooks haven't done this season. We are now a team on the rise and with a rampant Turbo we're looking to expand on this, from our last 2 runaway wins.

It would be very satisfyingly to take the two points form the Rorters but will be tough. If DCE & Turbo are in good form, the pack do their job and we have a high completion rate with minimal errors then we are a real chance. Lest hope the stars align.

Just looking at players returning.
Ola, rd 23, after the bye.
Lodge, if needed, rd 24.
Koula, rd 25.
Croker ?..
Just need an injury free run into Sep now. I know, it's a big ask.

Need to have a much improved first 20 or so then against the Titans , especially with the defensive reads and inside cover . Eventually got much better of course but really can not give the Roosters any latitude at any stage .
Certainly a bit at stake on the points table and vying for that 4 th spot ,did have some success playing around them at times last matchup but probably a bit more direct play this time and occasion and for Turbo to ideally involve himself to best effect . Big jobs for Lawton and Waddell but at least they are goers
Reasonable expectation for the Roosters to be beatable , just have to be up to the challenge and totally focussed and can only give it a decent crack

Is that just another version of :- " I ve got nothing ".
Could catch on

They have strong players all over the field—we need to score first and defend with everything we've got. Apply pressure and hopfully they will crack under it.

Stoked we're finally playing at the new stadium this year and not the SCG again. The last 3 years there were miserable and our performances even worse.

Will be a much different game to the last couple of weeks playing poor opposition on Sunday afternoons at Brookvale but the Roosters are definitely beatable, their right edge defence of Walker, Radley, Tupouniua & Young was poor last week so hopefully Turbo, Brooks & co can expose that again. Then again, Crichton just won man of the series in Origin from running at DCE non stop so you can expect their game plan to be pretty similar. Could be a lot of points in this one

The Key word from your post is Courage and Motivation feathered friend
and to be brutally honest and sincere I take Courage to speak my mind as I am Inspired and Motivated by our capacity to have the players to win against the top sides including the Cocky Roosters.

I know that there will be Roosters fans surfing our Silvertails forum and reading our Passionate Manly point of view Posts and I make no apologies to these Tri colored Cocks and their Proud Cocky Boss Polities When I Declare that Our Manly Sea eagles have previously devoured them this year and we will run on to the field full of confidence and with no doubt or fear and Circumcise these Cocks and give them erectile disfunction on their home soil and humiliate these Premiership Pretender contenders in front of their fans

The Moral of the Story
It is Hard to be Humble when you are a Passionate Manly Supporter

Yeah I don't think there's a worse week to play the Rorters - they're stinging after the criticism they've copped after last week and the narrative the media are driving about them being flat track bullies. If we win this I'd say it'd be the best win of the year so far for mine and we'll have really earned it.

We've beaten up on some average teams of late and this is big step up in class for me.

for me - this game against the Roosters isn't life or death.... I think the more critical game/s are the weeks after. My reasoning:
Given we have the BYE next week, we effectively have a few weeks in which 90% of our squad will/should be back to full fitness and well rested for the final attack of the season.
If we can turn up, play well, and not get any injuries/suspensions off this game - then I will be happy enough.

These 2 points would be useful - but leading in to the BYE I believe the health of the squad is what matters most.

get the win AND no injuries.... then we have a genuine shot at top 4 (which I think we would all agree would define a successful season)

We must Respect each person as a human being that is a given
But when it comes to our opponents we should not give a ****
There should be no respect on the field
There should be no fear of intimidation

We should Respect our selves that we are not Inferior to any one
and On our day We can Devour any one

Winning is all about Self Respect and Self Belief
and Empowering our Own Self Esteem and not our oppositions

I disagree... yes, they will be stung from last week but anytime you can play them without JWH and Manu is a good time to play them...

We have Burbo in our centres but they have Tupouniua so I am hopeful that Burbo wins that contest and that Garrick and Saab can contain Wonderkid and the pom on their right side... i suggest that Seibs should look closely at the first 8min of SOO this year because Wonderkid (along with Lomax) got found out twice in defence...

Plus I think it plays into our hands that Spencer is starting so he is not getting injected against slow ruck defenders...
mind you they have an awesome bench anyways...

I reckon we are a huge show here...
