1961 model a great year 👍. Killing me not going to gym with effing lockdown. Have lost 3kgs already and it has only been 2 weeks so far. I’m a bit hairier than that 🤭

We do not need a gym to build muscle ,tone up and lose weight .
Losing weight first starts at the food shops we choose to buy the food we put in our mouths
Lock down does not mean shut down on our quest for Health and Fitness
We can go for a walk or Jog in a park , Cycling , Put on some music and dance at home . You dont have to be a great dancer, just a great mover . Keep moving non stop and build it up to at least 30 consecutive minutes moving to your favourite beat ,
There are Many online health and fitness workouts on you tube, Yoga ,Pilates , Zumba
and for those that are into building muscle this is a great Calisthenics you tube video where you use your own body weight instead of weights to pump your pecs up
Our Legendary coach Des hasler and one of the fittest players ever was known to be a champion at Calisthenics work outs
