Just on Shu vs Foran , it’s good we have two great 5/8s available and signed , I’m not sure we have two or three great centres ..

I'm a Harper fan he had a shocker against the Storm , dropped off the last month but he had a good first season, Parker is solid does the hard yards,defends well . Burbo might be a centre option I think he needs a big year ,young centre we signed for 4 yrs from the Roosters sounds alright, with Blacktown back next year will give to them some much needed footy

Yeah roster is very solid now, as we know we need a middle to be on that Jfh level. Bullemor addition could add a lot of spark I would like to see both Paseka and Keppie take the bull by the horns.
Our centres of Some questions Hank very good defender but tackle bag coming from our end and Harper revelation at start of year to disappointment but can hit a hole.
Both our young back rowers in Hamuole and Schuster have big futures in game, once a weakness for several years our 2nd row particularly in attack is potent. Josh is a rep 6 in the makings.
Our wingers are big key in Saab and Garrick, Saab speed was hard to handle. These boys need to do a better job in yardage from kick returns.
Our keys Dce,foz and Tom our the key to our success and very hard to handle, while Jake turbo is our clean up guy in middle.
Croker surprised me a lot, awesome defender and crisp passing. I like to see him develop a scoot from acting half.
This is our window but I think we must be aware that what worked last season may not work next and I am sure des won’t want of a repeat of 2020 season after 19 finals.
I expect Koula to feature at some stage also.

The 3 teams above us have lost key personnel, and only Melbourne are proven to be able to weather that kind of loss and still be up there. As for us, we've only gone and added to our roster, positive additions. Something we didn't do in 2018 and 2020 which made us regress from the respective previous seasons. No excuse for us not to be in contention again in 2022.

The 3 teams above us have lost key personnel, and only Melbourne are proven to be able to weather that kind of loss and still be up there. As for us, we've only gone and added to our roster, positive additions. Something we didn't do in 2018 and 2020 which made us regress from the respective previous seasons. No excuse for us not to be in contention again in 2022.

Easts should be favourites for the minor premiership in 2022, imo.
I agree that the three teams above us in 2021 should all be slightly weaker, but I've learned to never under-estimate Melbourne.
We should be slightly stronger, not through our recruitment (which currently only stands at one) but because youngsters such as The Shoe, Guaca and Saab should be even better next season and our 'pathway' kids will put pressure on the top 17.

Ehhhh I feel a lot of overhype coming for the Easts just because of what they produced this season. Cannot forget they have lost a lot of leadership and experience with their departing players. And with that, a lot of question marks with their outside backs and the depth in those positions. Craig Fitzgibbon gone. First-year of Walker Keary combo. A lot of question marks and losses, I'm not sold on this "Roosters revenge season" just yet, gotta wait to see their recruitment till the season starts.

But for us, yes, very confident our younger boys have learnt from that finals series and will only grow. Forward pack is stacked and the competition for spots will be a beneficiary for better performances. We gotta keep on this upward trajectory and let that 2021 finals series motivate us.

East’s will be stronger.

I doubt the Panthers can string three top seasons together back to back.

South’s will REALLY miss Reynolds.

BUT, the Drizzle will be the Drizzle.

We are possibly top 4 again but we are going to have to learn to play some solid games against the other higher ranked sides or we will slip into the same situation as last year.
