  • We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. If you paid for premium membership and are still seeing ads please let me know and the email you used against PayPal and I cam manually verify and upgrade your account.

A very competent refereeing performance today in the Tigers V Eels match. Just 11 penalties (8-3 Tigers). In one passage in the second half there was 27 minutes play without a penalty. Amazing.
It just shows you that refs can officiate in a sensible way without going overboard.
Or shows that the teams adapted and stopped bastardising the ruck and 10m

Agree. Such a better game with a reduced penalty count. Everyone backing the ridiculous penalties counts in the last few weeks should be ashamed.

It had nothing to do with the referees being sensible. After Friday night, teams are starting to listen to the referees because the message is sinking in. All the coverage of this crack down has planted the issue firmly in the players and coaches minds

Noooo, stop being logical. Why would any team who has witnessed this crackdown make adjustments to how they play the game??? Of course they would go out and continue to bend the rules hoping the refs will suddenly get amnesia (or intimidated)...
