The NRL rumour mill is going ballistic on Tuesday morning with talk of a salary cap bust at a leading NRL club.
According to whispers, salary cap auditors have arrived at the club to start going through their books.
Fox Sports analyst Andy Raymond, who covered the Cowboys-Eels game in Townsville on Monday night, suggests the story will be a 10 out of 10 on the WTF richter scale.
The Bulldogs were stripped of all competition points in 2002 after being found guilty of salary cap breaches.
Melbourne had the 2007 and 2009 titles take from them after they rorted the books.
More to come.
