My rationale is that while Koula has the speed obviously, he's not really a winger, and as impressive as he's been, Reubs isn't really a fullback.

Koula is a fullback and Reubs is a winger and ideally that's how they'd line up. But I can see Des leaving Reubs at the back and putting Koula on the flank.

I have absolutely no problem with Koula being rested .. the kid is 19 and with a 5 day turn around it makes sense ..

I've actually got no issue with Harper coming back in.

It's a long season. Koula will get his chance again soon and perhaps not a bad thing to give him a game or so off to digest what he's seen over the last few weeks.
