Speaking of free rides ....

Parker failed to score a try from close range after he was set up by a great pass putting him through an open gap
He failed to make any line breaks
He failed to make any try assists
He failed to make any impression in open play
He failed to make a tackle just before half time which allowed the broncos to score their only try
Parker is out of place and out of pace at NRL level and is a passenger in our team and is enjoying his free ride

Other than all that he had a great game.

But honestly i love it when the 'team' wins 50-6 that some can still find fault just for fun.

The team won yesterday. It wasnt just Turbo. It wasnt just DCE. It was a team effort.

Yes Parker isnt Killer or a michael o'connor type but he generally doea a solid job for the team. Lets give the bloke a break.

Agree completely. Plus I think there's always much we don't see within a team and I suspect Brad is both popular and inspirational in the way he rises above his talent. Take him out and what does it do to team dynamic/morale?

You don’t just throw the ball to the winger when the defence are rushing across. It might look like an unmarked winger but you don’t pull the trigger unless you are absolutely certain or you simply put the winger under unnecessary pressure and make it harder to play the next ruck. Coaches want the majority of rucks to happen in the middle third of the field.

I love Harpo's passion. He's one of those 100% players who may not be the fastest, strongest nor most skilful but he's a great team man. He really loves a win.

Goes a long way to building a united team also

So you call a back who did not make one line break , create any try assists , bombed a try and missed a tackle that led to a try

Problem is if we had some other amazing attacking centre we would be winning these easier games by 80 to 100 points.
Then we would be under all sorts of investigation from the NRL .

Similar to what the Storm come up with

Harper has come of age

He has only played a total of only 12 NRL games and has improved immensely at such a short period in top grade

In his 10 NRL games for Manly he scored 4 tries and set up another 4 and his fearless defence makes him the complete Value centre .


Rebuilding a premiership team
is Removing the weak links and Replacing them with more competent players
like Harper who is becoming one of our favourites
