If this is true than we have a divided playing group. I want to know whos who. Any ideas? Because we have dce locked up. The other group has to be let go. And we are going be fooked till then.

There's got to be some genuine reason for Barrett to not select the best probable player for such an important position, so I have to respect his judgement on that.

I kind of thought may have gone for safety by putting Suli on the wing and moving Matt Wright to 5/8 but I guess he's just determined to do his own thing.
It should make for a week of interesting reading.

I assumed it was from Zorba to his mate Dean Ritchie. Why do you believe it was Barrett? And why are you so certain it was him that you are prepared to publicly call him a liar?
I have to remind myself you aren't old enough for jury duty yet. Nevertheless accepting media reports uncritically is worse than naïve .

True, but if it is that bad, why not release him so he can move on. They clearly have no intention of playing him again given he can’t get a run even with our current lack of available players.

The Walker move is a poor one, we have seen this before and know how this song plays out. Croker is gone for the season, so I can only assume that we are going to bring in another half in the next couple of weeks and Walker will move back.

I would like to have seen Hastings given the 6; however, if this is a disciplinary measure then give Lussick, or even Tom Wright a crack for a week or two until they bring in a replacement (assuming Nu Brown).

Hoping Barrett has just named the team this way to somewhat keep the media away from Hastings and move the focus to D Walker who is much more stable in mind to confront the extra attention...??? Could be a clever tactic....

OR he could just be giving Hastings an extra week of training with DCE

If they release him without another club picking up some of his cost then it is effectively dead cap space - they are hoping someone comes in and at least takes over some of his $ giving extra cash for this year

He did well to avoid the questions but it wasn’t what fox lead us to believe.
