And no Ben T either. Our bench looks poor if sips is out!
Ben yes was playing very limited minutes but he and toff brought a good harmony to the team.

It does, I would think it better to play Lawton at lock and put Keppie on the bench in our prop rotation. Our bench looks poor if sips is out!
Thats good for us, should Get some strong support.New Round 18 venues, club hubs announced
The Gold Coast will host NRL matches on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night after the NRL announced two doubleheaders in a revised schedule for Round 18 due to the relocation of teams to south-east Queensland.www.nrl.com
Good luck getting a ticket unless they clear out the Parra scum before the game. $280 for a family of 4 in the corner ends. Fukoff nrl. GowgersThats good for us, should Get some strong support.
Waiting to see how Tom pulls up probably.Sportsbet have markets for other games but not Manly v Dragons.
Was thinking of taking the boys up, your right only the corners or behind the posts left, can get family of 4 on the cbus website in the supporters bay for $74Good luck getting a ticket unless they clear out the Parra scum before the game. $280 for a family of 4 in the corner ends. We've won 9 of the last 12 with his interesting selections but you tell em.
Also we lost by 8 to the Knights......
Hope the grd holds up ok, that's a LOT of matches in under a week. 7 matches in 5 daysNew Round 18 venues, club hubs announced

Love your selectiveness in chosing the sample size to negatively judge Des. Who cares about the 162 wins from 283 games (57%), 2 premierships 3 grand finals with finals from 2005-11 and 2019. These stats obviously dont suit the anti-Des narrative.Wow, we've won 9 put of 16 games at 54% win ratio, you got me good. I won't comment on last season then.
Losing by 8 to that particular Knights team was a.flogging mate. They also played terribly.
Jetski, Suli, Funa and Cust are on the reserves listCurrent squad on form Parker and Harper warrant their place as starting centres (although Im not against Walker regaining one centre spot)
Lawton is on the bench as utlity. He has performed amazing well in the back row, way better than Siro and jetski have played there over the past 2 years. Can also cover hooker, half, centre so I think his versatility on the bench is needed and as we are short in the forwards. I really like him playing there. Where would you have him play?
Shuster is the starting back rower while foran is healthy
Keppie is only playing lock due to Jake being injured and we also have plenty of other forwards injured. He has to play there this week. No one else of first grade quality
Crocker I think has been our most improved player this year, his defence has been amzing this year and finally starting to play a bit of eyes up footy and play like a hooker. He holds that position without doubt, especially with Lawton needed in the forwards.
My only concern is Jetski and Suli on the bench. Personally would have Burbo over Jetski and would play Funa at full back if required and not move garrick from the wing and keep parker and harper in the centres. Suli is still to lazy ATM and parker can be found wanting moving him to wing and is to slow and cannot finish a try like garrick can.
If Sipley, Tom or DCE are ruled out, their replacements come from the 21 named not necessarily from the bench, right? Our bench looks poor if sips is out!
Look at the bench this week, Ben's played light's out better than De Luis.
What's the mindset on the bench?
- Best centre Walker at the club playing utility
- Lawton 5/8 and specialist Hooker playing forward (backrow likely)
- Schuster, specialist 5/8, playing backrow (get this one to accommodation Foz)
- Playing a prop in Keppie at lock
- Playing 1/2 back and 5/8 in Croker at Hooker (player everyone bashes for it)
If Des thinks he's being clever, he's not. We've been flogged by Knights and Raiders of late, with Des and his interesting selections.

Always loved Croker. Kid has character.
Garrick, hit and cold, but he's improving every game.
Parker, I'm worrying about Walker tbh. Not sure he has a spot in the team anymore.
Correct but technically speaking if any of them are ruled out through injury, someone from outside the 21 can be brought in as a replacement. If Sipley, Tom or DCE are ruled out, their replacements come from the 21 named not necessarily from the bench, right?
Unsure what you changing the subject directly to, and about me, has to do with anything whatsoever? Defection maybe ?Not out to get anyone, just see inconsistencies in your posts.
For example Lawton has played hooker, back row and 1 game (his debut) at centre all before he came to Manly where he has preformed admirably in the backrow. Yet you call him a 5/8 which he hasn't played since under 20s prior to 2016. 3 clubs and numerous coaches before.
You dont want players playing out of position but want Ben Trbojevic a backrow/centre ahead of De Luis on the bench.....De Luis playing the role of bench prop....
Also the below post you love Croker and aren't sure Walker can make it back into the team.......probably after a win I guess
I believe so.If Sipley, Tom or DCE are ruled out, their replacements come from the 21 named not necessarily from the bench, right?
Negatively judge Des? I used 54%. You used 57%. Righto then. Hahaha.Love your selectiveness in chosing the sample size to negatively judge Des.
