When I saw his publicity video he was playing in halves and hooker, so did not see him as a back row forward. Then I saw his tackle on Nathan Brown where he drove him back (with some minor help) 5 - 10 metres!!! sold!!!!

Well we have certainly picked up a very good player in Lawnton. Think he will turn out to be a real quality hooker I think. Great defensively - good in attack for a hooker playing edge backrow and doesn't mind taking the ball one off the ruck. Got some real ticker.

Croker has been great defensively but gee Lawnton can put a shot on. And he will be a better all round dummy half. Damn good looking side.

There’s no way I’m dropping Parker at the moment. Our centres are arguably the two best defensive centres in the comp right now.
