You would not think so but who knows? How big was the fence? What were the footholds? Did someone assist him?How pissed was he? (drunk and angry)
Unless the witness has a reason to misidentify him it is pretty hard to show 'it was the other bloke in the sling'

Yeah but what definition of scaling? Was he using a knife to "scale" it like a fish? If so, it is potentially worrying evidence because of the knife.

If he was "scaling" it with surveyors instruments and a tech drawing set for a diagram, then that would be good for the defence, because it is a peaceful activity.

My information is he was caught on security camera from a nearby supermarket. Check it out on google maps, see the supermarket, see the fence and decide for yourselves if this is possible

So the guy who was stabbed took the stand today and he says he told 2 men dressed in red to leave. He was later stabbed and doesn’t know who stabbed him. When asked if the men outside were same as the ones he told to leave, he said not that he can tell.

So this case can be a case of mistaken identity or someone saying Manase did it for the sake of it.
