@mave , I don't care if Bert and Ernie are our coaches, when they say no mad Monday, out of respect for your employer, you don't have one.

Barrett is our CURRENT coach right (as good or bad as that may be).

What he says, should go. Once again, getting out on the piss and smoke has taken precedence over compliance and order.

Therein lies the club's problem.

Des or Tooves orders the group to stay at home, guess what. They stay at ****ing home. There is a distinct lack of respect at this club, no accountability, and apathy for result.

Honestly, there's a core I feel wouldn't give a **** if we got the wooden spoon or not. Our results this season may cost some kids their careers.
I do understand your point....sort of.
But Barrett resigned from this team. He resigned from players who respected him so why should they continue to respect him? The way he resigned too, with a year's notice from July, indicates he'd be willing to leave them mid-season 2019. Who does that?
I say, bugger Barrett!

I

I say, bugger Barrett!

It appears Barrett doesn't have a worthwhile gig to go to so will push the payout thing as far as he can.
His best next opportunity to apply pressure is november 1 and then the start of pre-season training. on nov 5 or 6.

The next head coach won't be named until after that is resolved I would imagine.
