Hopefully! That is Manly's only hope to land Maguire. Broncos may have sewn up Seibold which does leave the door open for Maguire to come to us. One thing is for certain though, Broncos have definitely signed someone otherwise they would not have let the press know.

Tooves just said on nrl 360 that he is available for the Broncos job. i don't believe he would lie like that if he was a chance for our coach.

I reckon we haven't signed anybody.
Our illustrious leaders are still going through the 141 resumes for the list manager.
They way we are going I reckon Baz will coach until July, then shock horror, he will be off contract and Catwrong will have to takeover, and our leaders will pretend they were blind sided!, or both be overseas when it happens

We have probably signed McGuire to a contract that allows him to leave to coach Brisbane at any time, and we will pick up the tab for both that contract and whatever deal he gets at the Broncos.

I genuinely hope we haven't done something stupid like that.

The club can’t announce a thing yet, we’ve already got a coach for 2019 - T. Barrett. Until that gets sorted we won’t hear a thing, it would be a certain breach of contract.
