Papers saying Wayne has been moved on early. My guess is they have signed Madge as we had put pressure for a descision. Bennett will more than likely end up with us because there is no one else left apart from Penrith. Bennett is no doubt a supercoach but how he will go with 3 support staff, interfering owners and no desk will be interesting.

Sorry yeah you are right, I’m guessing Brisbane have signed Maguire for 2019 and beyond and he gets to go there early if Wayne leaves early. That is why they have made a big announcement about Wayne, it doesn’t make sense to announce it otherwise. I would say we put pressure on Maguire to decide so his manager put pressure on Brisbane to make a call and they did.

Well.... Baz is still contracted until June next year or something like that so I'm sure he'll take care of things until Madge gets everything sorted!

Bennett is not going to leave early unless he has something lined up for 2019 and beyond. I can't see that being us and I don't see any other gigs available. I can't see Brisbane forking out 700k to have Madge watching for a year either.

It will all come out in the wash I guess..
