Just a question;

If the selected leaks from the NRL are so obviously occurring over recent days and the last couple of years, why are we not seeing more detail in the media on the so called compelling evidence against Manly? Surely it would help the NRL win the 'battle'. In the Parramatta case there were detailed revelations every other day because there was actual conclusive evidence to leak. Interesting.

I think it’s more bluff and bluster ( all though that’s just an opinion) than anything and the real reason why the penalty is quite light.

Greenslime could never have allowed a not guilty verdict so they’ve massaged the findings a bit and found some TPA technicality’s (which to be honest we may well be guilty of) that very probably every club engages in and gone “ hung ho” hoping like hell Manly don’t appeal due to the leniency of the penalty.

But, you could see on the day that Greenslimes ego and revenge agenda got the better of him.

The more the presser went on the more animated and fired up he got, he was obviously really enjoying it!

And then the Bozo question , and where he should have said “ we were unable to question Bob and as he’s not NRL accredited we weren’t able to take that any further” full stop, any other questions on that line, sorry next question BUT no he had to absolutely slander and defame him!

The result , he’s poked a hornets nest that could well cost him his job!!

But it does have to be true and the NRL themselves have said that Bozo was not presented with any evidence, nor did he present a defense to said evidence.

Their claim that Bozo was a no show doesn't excuse their effort in carrying out a thorough investigation.

Oh, I see. Leaked information only occurs when it's within legal or due process to do so?! That's why it's a leak, because you can't do it directly through normal channels and it happens all the time especially if it helps your case.

Wasn’t arguing the truth of it at all. Just saying that if it is then it’s not defamation. I think the whole thing is dodgy and procedurally incorrect. I was just making a specific point about defamation

And in those 2 weeks his arssehole of a CEO has forced him to 1) Publicly support a remorseless serial violent woman and home invader ... and 2) Publicly denigrate and insult an Immortal without the benefit of due process ... and by doing so put him in the head-lights of Hadley and Jones ...

As I said, minions that embarrass their political bosses usually don't last very long ... I can't see Beattie wanting to be GreenTurds apologist or champion for very long.

I wouldn't know I haven't seen the NRL's blueprint of evidence tying Bozo to it all. It would actually be interesting to get a copy of the ruling handed down to manly. It's the only way to get resolution to all this innuendo and conjecture..

DCE's backflip occurred in June 2015 after Bozo came on board. So who started all this prior to Bozo being there? Joe Kelly started at Manly in Nov 2014 and Bare in Dec 2014.
