OBrien has a 46% Win record and Seibold has a Win 49% record

No one wants to waste time with Losers
This is why clubs pay these losers out to ease the losing pain
I reckon he's got 8 weeks to get at least 10-12 points otherwise he needs to go.

Yes, the worst thing is to sack a coach mid season. It rarely, if ever, has the desired effect. Often, the first 2-3 games will see a spike in enthusiasm but when the honeymoon period is over, clubs typically perform even worse. The last thing we need is any additional noise around the club at the moment. DCE brought enough attention to us already.
A sacking is best left to the end of the season and a fresh start with a new coach during pre season is ideal. Personally, I don’t see Seibs as needing the sack regardless.

Pretty sure O’Brien has only missed the finals once in his Knights tenure.They always seem to start slowly then somehow pull their finger out to scrape into the 8.He’s an easy target for people to criticise but I’d take that record at Manly,not O’Brien himself though
