He just needs a few more experienced players to create competition for spots. We can’t sack Seibold, he’s a top 4 coach.
OBrien has a 46% Win record and Seibold has a Win 49% recordMy money on O'Brien but Seibold is rapidly heading for 2nd favourite.
Imagine O'Brien gets sacked before Dylan Brown even gets there... And they're stuck with his stupid decision until 2036!Doubt Siebs will be sacked after last years result and extension. I would have locked in Payten, but he seems to have turned it around somewhat. O’Brien is on the list for sure. Don’t think there are many others on the list tbh.
At Manly We do not focus on who is worseImagine O'Brien gets sacked before Dylan Brown even gets there... And they're stuck with his stupid decision until 2036!
If you think our club has problems... There's always someone worse!
The thread head line is all about which coach will be sacked firstSacking O’Brien or Seibold after round seven, especially when their teams reached the semi-finals last season, may not be justified.
Early-season struggles can stem from various factors, including injuries, fixture difficulties, or issues not directly related to coaching performance.
Prematurely dismissing the coach could disrupt team dynamics and morale, ultimately hindering performance in the long run. It may be more prudent to give the coach a chance to recalibrate and demonstrate their capabilities over a longer period.
I reckon he's got 8 weeks to get at least 10-12 points otherwise he needs to go.Sacking O’Brien or Seibold after round seven, especially when their teams reached the semi-finals last season, may not be justified.

Yes, the worst thing is to sack a coach mid season. It rarely, if ever, has the desired effect. Often, the first 2-3 games will see a spike in enthusiasm but when the honeymoon period is over, clubs typically perform even worse. The last thing we need is any additional noise around the club at the moment. DCE brought enough attention to us already.Sacking O’Brien or Seibold after round seven, especially when their teams reached the semi-finals last season, may not be justified.

And zero injuries, perfect scheduleHe just needs a few more experienced players to create competition for spots.
My money is on Des…. He needs the cash!My money on O'Brien but Seibold is rapidly heading for 2nd favourite.
He’s working to his usual script , funny how it’s happening again isn’t it 😂😂😂My money is on Des…. He needs the cash!
Just sayin’
Pretty sure O’Brien has only missed the finals once in his Knights tenure. They always seem to start slowly then somehow pull their finger out to scrape into the 8.He’s an easy target for people to criticise but I’d take that record at Manly, not O’Brien himself thoughSacking O’Brien or Seibold after round seven, especially when their teams reached the semi-finals last season, may not be justified.
