I have no inside knowledge however I believe Siebold will at least last the season. We have already had to settle Des's payout - I cannot see our owner paying x times 2. In fact unless it is a complete calamity e.g. Manly spoon, don't win another game I cannot see us forking out the money. What we might see (I would say need to see) is a new assistant coach or two. We need to be going down the Panthers/Warriors/Dogs path of changing the game plan in defence and effort plays.

We would need a major roster overhaul to change our game plan, we aren’t young enough, mobile enough or able enough to play that style of footy up front, hence what you see is what you get……
