Watching the Parra game today I thought Norman looked really lazy and ineffective. I think it is a major reason they are 0-5 - it puts major pressure on Mitchell Moses who tried hard but is a poor man's Mitchell Pearce at best...and Mitchell Pearce is a poor man's halfback at best.
