He'd better be our full time Hooker going forward - or there will be an inquest.

try assists would favour smith i think. Wondering on minutes played as well.

most stats are fairly close which for me is no suprise

PS where did you get those stats from?

could you please do the same comparison when ox is back and Des puts Monnas to hooker for 3 games.

Nowhere lists minutes played. I've looked all over for that.

Also, neither player has had any try assists over the last 3 games. If the I haven't listed it the assume its zero (instead of have 20 more categories with 0 next to them all)

http://www.nrlstats.com/ has minutes played for every player.

Eg both Ballin and Smith played 80 minutes on the weekend.

hmmm interesting on the weekend

Priddis played 80 mins but Aiton 42
the week before he played 62, aiton 36
and 55 minutes in round 2 with 39 for aiton

So they are playing 2 hookers some of the time

Smith is playing 80 minutes this year, now that they have let friend go

I think at times when they are both on the field at the same time, that Aiton actually fills in for the forwards and plays a bit of lock. He's small, but a very tough nut.

Watching him tonight and games over the last few weeks i have noticed he gets away with a hell of a lot. Grapple tackles, pushes as they opposition plays the ball, forward passes from dummy half (most are flat i know but some are illegal).

Its good being the poster boy in the poster team it seams.

If we come up against the storm we are going to have to beat the ref as well, as most seem against us and for them.

With any luck Matty B will become a poster boy as well and we will get the same preferential treatment.

Not to mention his squirrel grip on lyon during the origin.

He's a dirty bugger. Haven't seen the game tonight yet though.

I watched the whole game and I was surprised (well, probably not) at just how dirty the Dogs are. SBW's head is getting so large someone is not going to miss it with a coathanger. I saw Ogre put in a few headshots. They were so busy in attempting to intimidate they forgot to win the game. I thought the Storm were completely off their game in the first half and the result showed how good they are and a real threat this year.
