The size of the roof alone has to be seen in person. Driving down Beacon Hill Rd, you appreciate how much it dwarfs the other stands, even the Ken Arthurson.

let's all be honest. this is a great start for Brookie and even 1 more stand of similar design to replace the current one opposite the Hill would be fantastic.
Lots of people love the hill so worst case they keep it and just replace the old current stand.
