    Does anyone know if Stuart Davis is still alive? Been watching some footage of the winger and he was the smallest winger I've ever seen but manged to hold his position and win a GF in 87. He didn't seem fast or be great under the high ball but must of been good at finishing tries off.

    Can someone explain to me why we need to shed players due to Manly's salary cap in 2018. We won’t have to pay for Stewart, Matai, Myles & Lawrence which is over $1.5 million worth of contracts.

    If we don't win against the Chooks this week we won't make the 8, it will put us in 9th position and then we are hoping for other teams to lose for the remaining 4 rounds. It all has to start this Sunday with a WIN.

    Looking at the run home we will start outsiders against Melb and the Roosters. That means dropping 4 points and leaving us on 26. Wins by Parra and Penrith in the next two rounds will leap frog them into to the 8 and leave us 9th on the ladder with only 3 games remaining.

    Expecting a decision on James Roberts future in the next few weeks with mail that he is going to sign with Manly on a bigger contract that he is on at Brisbane. If so, I feel for Kelly as once his body starts to grow he could be a real top class centre.

    Our Next will be in Rnd 5

    Can't see us beating the Cows or Canterbury so the next possible win will be against St George. We will be 1 from 5. The next few games after that I can't see us winning. I expect Baz to be punted by round 10 and replaced by Cartwright until the end of the year, new coach is any bodies guess.

    Brett Stewart may never play in the NRL again

    If snake was to play this year, you would think that they would have him in the rehab group doing other stuff to get his body in shape other than his knee. The fact he is not at rehab tells us all that he won't feature in 2017.
