My son .. who got it from some podcast ... posed the following question to me ..

There is one minute to go on the clock ... you are down by 3 points, a try is needed. You get a turnover 40m out and 6 tackles to win the game. Who is the one player you want in your team ....

1) Slater love him or hate him, he was of one of the best competitors and finishers I’ve watched, followed the ball everywhere, with every skill in the book, speed, smarts and an insane determination to win, he scores the try!
2) Turbo playing as a free roving centre three quarter as in Origin, (only because Bill is wearing the 1) with the smarts, the size, the will and the ability to set his shadow off for the try line and most likely back him up just in case.
Those 2 would give you a pretty good shot at steeling the victory.
Could easily replace Slater with Snake to keep it all Manly and still believe we steel the victory.

How good was it to see beaver score his last try for us in the 40-nil GF demolishing of the scum.
