I've never seen such chicken counting before hatching in all my life. This is hilariousI believe we will have a hoppa on the wing at some point during the season - Albert. Excited to see what he can do in the top level.

Hoppa has benefited from having a proper coachI really can't get my head around this kind of thinking.
The club wanted to lock TT and JT in for good as Manly and that is why his price is what it is. I understand why but you can't play guys out of position just because they are paid too much to play where they belong. He isn't worth anywhere near 800k as a FB so play him where he can do what he can but not cost us a whole bunch of points at FB. "coz he is paid too much to play anywhere else".to me seems an absurd way to go about things.
TT's defensive and positional play as a FB is woeful and he will benefit the team much more if he is not at FB. Let him be a roving winger.
BTW, I watched all Hoppa"s games this year and he leaves TT well and truly for dead as a FB.
Gold coke or slime.Sounds like you know something.... Do tell?
Who knows. It's the NRL mate.Would it not be a 'Breach of Contract' if Des was to bring anyone across from the Dogs whilst the Dishlickers are still paying him? LOL
Funny how we strung him up by the balls for luring personnel to the dogs but now would accept good personnel being lured by Des to come here.
Double standards!!
Me, personally, I don't have an issue with Coaches at any club luring personnel to new clubs so Des, if you know of anyone fitter, wiser, faster, better than what we have here, bring them across!
I will be Devo if the club don't retain Kel.Sounds like you know something.... Do tell?
I am expecting big things from Turbo if Des is at the helm. He was the coach of Snake during his best years so I think it is absolutely possible that, with the benefit of Des’ tutelage and influence, Turbo will develop into a fullback the equal of Snake.TT's defensive and positional play as a FB is woeful and he will benefit the team much more if he is not at FB.
I like Brian, he has great footwork and has a real dig (sure, has a number of areas to work on but the upside is definitely there). However, It all comes down to what we have to pay to keep him. He will be in line for a pay upgrade and I am not sure we can have $1m+ tied up in our starting centres given the contracts DCE and the turbos also have. So, I wouldn’t be surprised if he is a ‘casualty’....I will be Devo if the club don't retain Kel.

300k is f all in a cap, how about the club actually get some bloody third party deals.
What a training camp for other clubs we now are.
Lane and Kelly were the only shining light this year.
A club that can't retain its generation next is doomed.
Make the hard decision, let Walker go who would be on twice the money FFS.
I can see how that works... from an accounting and mathematical point of view. But why stop there? Let’s sign Munster, Sam Burgess and Corey Oates while we’re at it, and get rid of Hodgkinson, Perrett and Jorge. Perhaps, we could even sign Vunivalu for added depth as well.Gutherson, Will Hopoate and Klemmer.
Flick , Winterstein, Kelly and Parker.
I remember when he was with us, prior to leaving for his Mormon Mission, he was killing it on the wing!!Where would you play WHoppa if he came over ??
He's not going to push Turbo out of 1.
Is he a better centre than Kelly for the money you'd be forking out ??
Not really the winger type we are looking for.
Not needed IMO

I'd have Kelly over Gutherson anyday.............just my opinion!Gutherson, Will Hopoate and Klemmer.

2011 GF pass of the year was from Gifty's wingman HoppaI remember when he was with us, prior to leaving for his Mormon Mission, he was killing it on the wing!!
