Hi John

We are now only 5 days out from the Centenary Grand Final and the excitement levels are growing. We have 2 more days of other commitments before we can solely focus on our Grand Final preparation.

Sunday's match will be a historic one. Not only will we get to compete in the Centenary Grand Final it will also be the last match for some of our current players.

Luke Williamson, Mark Bryant and Steve Bell all made names for themselves after coming to the Sea Eagles and all three players have been instrumental in taking the team from finals hopefuls in 2006 to 2 successive Grand Final appearances.

The biggest farewell however will be reserved for Steve 'Beaver' Menzies, a one club man with no equal. On Sunday Steve will match Terry Lamb's record for the most number of first grade games played, an amazing achievement in itself however doing it for one club will probably never be eclipsed. This is the last time we will see Beaver take the field in the maroon and white and it will be a moment for every Manly fan to remember.

There are still plenty of tickets available and its your chance to turn ANZ Stadium maroon and white. I'm calling on Sea Eagles members and fans to support these 4 champion blokes, give them a massive send off and create a home ground advantage for the entire side.
