When Will That Announcement Come ?

Daly always speaks articulately to the media and portrays a positive image of himself. Quite a contrast to some players who treat the media as the enemy on occasions and when they do speak rely on their coaches cliches or juvenile blokey banter the rest of the time.

Would he maybe be seen as a better bloke by some if he told the media to 'eff off' every once in a while and got wasted on a Saturday night and got into the papers that way ??

Outside of a few, I'm sure he has the support and respect of the playing group.

I think he is close enough with a decent portion of the playing group especially Buhrer. I've seen him out multiple times with a few of the other players and always close with Buhrer but never with any of the other senior boys.

I think the fact that we re-signed Buhrer has shown that the club has decided to go with the future and please the likes of DCE in order to entice him to stay.

I imagine that's just going to be Watmough and they are taking a bit of literary licence with that one.

For me I look at Choc's case as more of an extreme disappointment from a fan's perspective. It's such a pity he won't end his career as a one club legend and his media involvement this year has really stirred things up.

True, des was secretive, or at least he didn't signal his intentions to an origin camp and go on wiedler repeatedly. Choc's intentions are there for all to see, unsubtle.

Des was more psycho, waiting outside people's houses, playing off clubs via email etc.
